I'm Corey Stallings, a Boston native and real estate advisor with eXp Realty. Growing up in Boston and spending years working within its communities has given me an understanding of the market that extends beyond comparable sales and property values. I understand the neighborhoods, the people, the development, and the characteristics that make one part of Greater Boston behave very differently from another. That local perspective becomes especially important when the market gets competitive.
